United Methodist Women (UMW)
The First United Methodist Women's Organization has been active almost 90 years! Our Purpose is:
V To know God and experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ
V To develop a creative, supportive fellowship
V To expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church
We have a number of fun traditions:

Annual Christmas Party and White Elephant Gift Exchange

and our colossal Garage Sales!!
We support our members and the community through a number of Missions and Services:

Care Packages to Our College Students
Funding for Mother's Day Out
Contributions to Apportionments
